Meet the New Altitude Model of the Jeep® Gladiator

Since it debuted in 2019, the Jeep® Gladiator has been an impressive addition to the Jeep® lineup. For the 2020 model year, the Gladiator is available as the new Altitude model. It adds exclusive design details that set it apart from the other models.

Jim Morrison, Head of Jeep Brand – FCA North America, said, “Our Jeep Gladiator Altitude model is a direct response to customers who ask for a ‘blacked-out’ look directly from the factory. The Jeep Altitude models continue to resonate with customers and adding Gladiator completes this lineup.”

The Altitude model starts with the rugged Sport S trim and adds 18-inch Granite Crystal aluminum wheels, a body-color grille with Dark Gray headlamps, and black Jeep® and Trail Rated badges. A black Freedom hardtop comes standard, but a dual top is available for added versatility.

If you don’t want your Gladiator “blacked-out,” it is available in other exterior colors including Bright White, Firecracker Red, and Gator Clear, among many other vibrant offerings.

Inside, the styling updates continue with a leather-wrapped steering wheel with black stitching, black cloth seats, and Wizard Black details on the instrument panel, bezels, and mid-bolsters.

The Gladiator Altitude comes standard with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 rated at 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Plus, Four-wheel drive comes standard for better off-road capability. Want to get behind the wheel of an off-road-ready Gladiator? You can find it at Cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep® Ram in Griffin, Georgia.
